Acceleration =  \frac{F}{10}

And From the equations of motion, we can get 

V=0+\frac{F}{10}*5=\frac{F}{2}ms^{-1}

For the next 10 sec 

S=Vt

\Rightarrow 100=\frac{F}{2}*10

\Rightarrow F=20N
