Here one might be tempted to think that since the refractive index of
benzene is not given, (D) is correct. But actually we do not need this data.

\mu_{1} \sin \mathrm{i}_{1}=\mu_{2} \sin \mathrm{i}_{2}=\mu_{3} \sin \mathrm{i}_{3}

\therefore \sin \mathrm{i}_{3}=\frac{\mu_{1} \sin \mathrm{i}_{1}}{\mu_{3}}=\frac{3 \sqrt{3}}{8}
