As we have learned

Work done depends on the frame of refrence -

W= \vec{F}\cdot \left ( \vec{S}+\vec{S_{0}} \right )

- wherein

i.e. A person is pushing a box inside a moving train with a force  \vec{F}

Displacement inside train \vec{S}

Displacement of the train is \vec{S}_{0}

 K.E of the block from the reference frame of the train is  \frac{1}{2} m ( v_2) ^2

where v2 is the velocity of block w.r.t man in the train

\\=\frac{1}{2} \times 5 \times [ 5] ^2 = 1/2 \times 5 \times 25\\ \\ =\frac{125 }{2}= 62.5 J
