Metal is \mathrm{Rb} (rubidium). In excess of air, it forms \mathrm{\mathrm{RbO}_2}. \mathrm{x}  is superoxide that hare \mathrm{\mathrm{O}_2{ }^{-}} ion. It is due to the stabilisation of large anion by large cations through lattice energy effects.

The reaction involved:-

\mathrm{Rb+O_{2}\rightarrow RbO_{2}} (Superoxide)

\mathrm{2RbO_{2}+2H_{2}O}\rightarrow \mathrm{2RbOH+H_2O_2+O_2}

Hence option 3 is correct.
