\vec{L}_1={m}[\vec{r} \times \vec{v}]

\overrightarrow{L_1}=(1)[(2)(2)][\hat{k}]=4 \hat{k}

For rotational motion about COM

\vec{L}_2=I_{\text {cm }} \vec{w}

\begin{aligned} & \vec{L}_2=m r^2 \vec{\omega} \\ & \overrightarrow{L_2}=(1)(1)^2(4) \hat{k} \end{aligned}

\vec{L}=\overrightarrow{L_1}+\overrightarrow{L_2}

\vec{L}=8 \hat{k}
