\mathrm{\left(F_c-m g\right) =m a^r }

\mathrm{F_{\text {net }} =\frac{m v^2}{r} }

          \mathrm{=\frac{1 \times(5)^2}{5} }

          \mathrm{=25 / 5=5 \mathrm{~N} }

Hence option 3 is correct.
