Given,\mathrm{ I=160 \mathrm{~kg}-\mathrm{m}^2 }

          \mathrm{ m=10 \mathrm{~kg} }

          \mathrm{ k=?}
use,\mathrm{ I=m k^2 }

\mathrm{ k^2=\frac{I}{M}=\frac{160}{10} }

\mathrm{ k=\sqrt{16}=4 \mathrm{~m} }

Hence option 4 is correct.
