We can use here  v=RC\left[\frac{1}{n_1^2}-\frac{1}{n_2^2}\right]

v={10}^8\times3\times{10}^8\times\left[\frac{1}{3^2}-\frac{1}{4^2}\right]

v=3\times{10}^{16}\times\frac{7}{144}

v=1.45\times{10}^{15}
