For projectile on horizontal ground

time of flight is given by 

T_1 = frac{2Usin heta}{g }

For projectile on an inclined plane

time of flight is given by 

T_2 = frac{2Usin heta}{gcoseta}

So T_2 > T_1 (except eta =90^0)

Where  eta = Angle of inclination

So body  B will have greater time of flight than Body A
