E_{Ag^+/Ag}^{.0}= +0.8 V,  E_{Mg^+/Mg}^{.0}= -2.37 V

As we have learned

M(s) is Solid -

[M] = 1

- wherein

E_{M^{n+}/M}=E_{M^{n+}/M}^{0}-\frac{RT}{nf}ln\frac{1}{[M^{n+}]}

 

 E_{cell} = E_{cell}^{0}- \frac{0.0591}{2}log\frac{[Mg^{2+}][Ag]}{[Ag^+][Mg]}

since [Mg]=  [Ag]^2 = 1    (M_{solid }=1)..and... n=2

E_{cell}= 3.17-\frac{0.0591}{2}log\left ( \frac{0.1}{10^{-6}} \right )

= 3.17-\frac{0.0591}{2}log ( 10^5 )

= 3.17-\frac{0.0591}{2}*2.303*5= 2.83 V
