rms speed = C=\sqrt{\frac{3 R T}{M}}

For hydroAgen molecular weight M_1=1 and for oxygen M_2=2

\begin{aligned} & \therefore \frac{C_1}{C_2}=\sqrt{\frac{T_1 M_2}{T_2 M_1}} \Rightarrow \frac{T_1}{T_2}=\frac{M_1}{M_2} \cdot\left(\frac{C_1}{C_2}\right)^2 \\ & \Rightarrow \frac{T_1}{T_2}=\frac{2}{32}\left(\frac{1}{1}\right)^2 \\ & =\frac{1}{16} \\ & \end{aligned}
