If object initally at rest \mathrm{v=0}

\mathrm{ s=\frac{1}{2} a_c t^2 }

\mathrm{ t=\sqrt{\frac{2 s}{a_c}}}

Case I for first object time \mathrm{t_1=\sqrt{\frac{2 s}{a_1}}}

Case II for second object time \mathrm{t_2=\sqrt{\frac{2s}{a_2}}}

then, \mathrm{\frac{t_1}{t_2}=\sqrt{\frac{2s}{a_1}} \times \sqrt{\frac{a_2}{2s}}}

\mathrm{ \frac{t_1}{t_2}=\frac{a_2}{a_1} }

Hence option 2 is correct.
