After the Tympanic membrane ( ear drum) the middle ear starts, it contains three ossicles called Malleus, Incus and Stapes which are attached to one another in a chain fashion. 

The membranous labyrinth is filled with fluid called endolymph. The cochlea is a coiled portion of the labyrinth present in inner ear.

Option b is the correct answer.
