He_{2}- \sigma 1s^{2}\sigma ^{*}1s^{2}\sigma 2s^{2}\sigma ^{*}2s^{2}\quad BO=\frac{4-4}{2}=0

Li_{2}- \sigma 1s^{2}\sigma ^{*}1s^{2}\sigma 2s^{2}\quad BO=\frac{4-2}{2}=1
