\mathrm{K \cdot E_2=(1.05)^2 K \cdot E_1}

              =\mathrm{(1.10) K.E_1}

\% \text{change in K.E}=\mathrm{\left[\frac{1.10\; K.E_{1}-K.E_{1}}{K. E_1}\right] \times 100}

                                    =\mathrm{0.1\times100=10\%}

Option (2) is the right answer.
