Kranz anatomy occurs in the chloroplasts of C4 plants such as sugarcane, maize (Zea mays), sorghum. It has two types of photosynthetic cells arranged in a specific way. These are bundle sheath cells which surround the vascular center and mesophyll cells which in turn surround the bundle sheath cells. Rubisco is located only in the internalized bundle sheath cells that help fix carbon dioxide. Bundle sheath cells have thick walls, no intercellular spaces and a large number of chloroplasts.Hence, option 4 is correct.
