centre of percussion is let say ' y ' above the centre of the ball.

y=\frac{I_{c m}}{M R}=\frac{2}{5} \,\,\frac{M R^2}{M R}=\frac{2}{5} R \\

y=\frac{2}{5} \times 10 \mathrm{~cm}=4 \mathrm{~cm} \\

h=y+R=4 \mathrm{~cm}+10 \mathrm{~cm}=14 \mathrm{~cm}
