\mathrm{ P=2 \times 10^5=V_i }

\mathrm{ V_t=\left(V_i+10 \times 10^{-3}\right) }

\mathrm{ W=P d v }

\mathrm{ W=2 \times 10^5 \times 10 \times 10^{-3}=2 \times 10^3 }

\mathrm{ \Delta Q=\Delta W+\Delta U }

\mathrm{ 3000=2 \times 10^3+\Delta U }

\mathrm{ \Delta U=1000 }
