\mathrm{N}_2+\mathrm{O}_2 \rightarrow 2 \mathrm{NO}

\mathrm{CO}+\frac{1}{2} \mathrm{O}_2 \rightarrow \mathrm{CO}_2

Let x mL be the volume of \mathrm{N_2} in the 15 mL mixture

Total volume of \mathrm{O_2} required \mathrm {=x+\frac{15-x}{2}=11}

\begin{aligned} & \mathrm{2 x+15-x=22 }\\ \\& \mathrm{x=22-15=7} \end{aligned}

Volume of \mathrm{CO}=15-7

                           = 8 \; \mathrm{mL}

Mol % of  \mathrm{CO}=\frac{8}{15}\times 100

                         =53.33%
