3-Phosphoglycerate (PGA) is a 3-carbonic acid which is the first product of carbon fixation in C3 plants.It was discovered by Malvern Calvin while studying dark reactions.He discovered this by using radioactive 14C in the photosynthesis of algae. Hence, option 4 is correct.
