If Rh+ is exposed to Rh- blood, will form specific antibody against the Rh+. A+ cannot donate to A-, but A- can donate to A+, B+ cannot donate to B-, but B- can donate to B-, AB+ can accept blood from any blood group and O- can donate to any blood group.
