For a mirror
\frac{1}{\mathrm{u}}+\frac{1}{\mathrm{v}}=\frac{1}{\mathrm{f}}

Let {\mathrm{y=\frac{1}{v}, x=\frac{1}{u}}

\mathrm{\therefore \quad x+y=\frac{1}{f}, \quad y=-x+1 / f}
This is the equation of a straight line with slope \mathrm{=(-1)}  and intercept \mathrm{=\frac{1}{f}} Hence the graph would be
