Young's \;modulus \;of \;ring , Y = {\frac{Tl}{A\Delta l}} => T = \frac{YA\Delta l}{l} ......2

From eq-1 and eq-2

V^{2} = \frac{YA\Delta l}{\mu L} => \Delta l = \frac{mv^{2}}{YA}

= \frac{6\times 10^{-3}\times 90^{2}}{16\times 10^{11}\times 10^{-6}}

= 3.03 \times 10^{-5 m}

= 30 \times 10^{-6}m

= 0.03 mm
