The slope of the line is 1. Therefore, T-V equation can be written as ,

\begin{aligned} & T=V+T_{0} \\ & \frac{p V}{n R}=V+T_{0} \\ & p=(n R)+\frac{n R T_{0}}{V} \end{aligned}

\therefore P versus V is sort of rectangular hyperbola.
