The molar specific heat capacity is defined as \mathrm{C=\frac{Q}{n \Delta T}}

since the change in internal energy is same for both the process & the work done in path 1 is greater than that in path 2 , therefore the heat absorbed by the gas in path 1 is greater than that in path 2 .

\mathrm{ \Rightarrow \frac{Q_1}{Q_2}>1, \quad \& \Delta T_1=\Delta T_2 }

\mathrm{ \therefore \frac{C_1}{C_2}=\frac{Q_1}{Q_2} / \frac{\Delta T_1}{\Delta T_2}=\frac{Q_1}{Q_2}>1 }

\mathrm{ \therefore } option 3 is correct.
