Moment of inertia of solid sphere about its tangental axis is

I=\frac{2MR^2}{5}+MR^2=\frac{7}{5}MR^2

Moment of Inertia about the diameter \rightarrow I_{cm}=\frac{2}{5}MR^2=10

\therefore MR^2=25

I=35 \; Kg-m^2
