\begin{aligned} & T=2 \pi \sqrt{\frac{l}{g}} \\ & \frac{1}{3}=2 \pi \sqrt{\frac{l}{g}} \\ & \frac{1}{g}=\frac{4 \pi^2 l}{g} \\ & g=9 \times 4 \pi^2 \times l \\ & l=\frac{g}{9 \times 4 \times(3.14)^2} \end{aligned}

l=\frac{9.8}{36 \times 3.14 \times 3.14} =\frac{980006}{36 \times 314 \times 34 \times 16}
