For Bohr’s model of the hydrogen atom

mvr=\frac{nh}{2\pi}

\frac{kZe^2}{r^2}=\frac{mv^2}{r}

Time period of revolution of electron  =T=\frac{2\pi r}{v}=\frac{4\epsilon_0^2n^3h^3}{mZ^2e^{4\ }}\propto n^3

Thus the frequency of the revolving electron  =\frac{1}{T}\propto\ n^{-3}
