 According to Dalton's Law 

\mathrm{P=P_a+P_V .}

\mathrm{\begin{aligned} & P_{\text {gas }}+P_{\mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}}=2 \\ & P_{\text {gas }}=2-\cdot 4=1.6 \mathrm{~atm} \end{aligned}}

As volume is doubled

\mathrm{\text { Pgas New }=.8 \mathrm{atm}}

\mathrm{\text { New Total Pressure }=.8+.4=1.2}
