\mathrm{V \text {rMS }=\sqrt{\frac{3 R T}{m}} }
\mathrm{A=\sqrt{\frac{3 R T}{32}}-(i) }
\mathrm{\text { vrMs }=\sqrt{\frac{3 R \times 2 T}{16}}-(ii)}

Dividing equation (i) & (ii)
\mathrm{\frac{A}{\text {VrMs }} =\sqrt{\frac{16}{32}} }
\mathrm{\text { So, vrms } =\sqrt{\frac{32}{16}} A }

\mathrm{\text { so } =n=\sqrt{\frac{32}{16}} }
