Under steady condition

Heat released to the room = heat dissipated out of the room

Hence \theta -20=\alpha \left [ 20-\left ( -20 \right ) \right ]

and     \theta -10=\alpha \left [ 10-\left ( -40 \right ) \right ]

on solving we get \theta =60^{o}C
