Molar mass of water =18

M=4500 \mathrm{gm}

no of moles  \mathrm{=\frac{m}{M}=\frac{4500}{18}}

\mathrm{n=250 \mathrm{~mol}}

At STP, 1 mol occupies \mathrm{22.4dm^{3}} of volume

\mathrm{1 \mathrm{mol} \rightarrow 22.4 \mathrm{dm}^{3}} \\

\mathrm{250 \mathrm{~mol} \rightarrow \mathrm{V}} \\

\mathrm{V=250 \times 22.4 \mathrm{dm}^{3}} \\

\mathrm{V=5.6 \mathrm{~m}^{3}} \\               \mathrm{\left(\because(\mathrm{dm})^{3}=10^{-3} \mathrm{~m}^{3}\right) }

Hence correct option is 3
