Angle of incline plane tan^{-1}\left ( \frac{5}{5} \right )=45^{o}

Normal Reactions will be  N=2gcos45^{o}=\frac{20}{\sqrt{2}}=14.142N


For acceleration
  a=\frac{30-20*\frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}}{3+2}=3.171 ms^{-2}
