Peromanent hardness is due to presence of $\mathrm{CaCl}_2 / \mathrm{CasO}_4 / \mathrm{MgSO}_4 / \mathrm{MgCl}_2$

Temparary hardness of water is also called corbonate hardness which can be easily removed by boiling by treating with $\mathrm{Ca}(\mathrm{OH})_2$

Hence option 4 is correct.
