As we know, if angle between two mirrors is between \frac{2 \pi}{n}  and  \mathrm{\frac{2 \pi}{n+1}}  then the no. of images formed is ' n '
So here in the question it is   \mathrm{\frac{2 \pi}{4}~ and ~\frac{2 \pi}{4+1}}
\therefore \quad  no. of images will be 4 .
