 As we know teritary carbocation is  more stable than secondary and primary carbocation 

                       

       (I)                                        (II)

The carbocation (I) is stabilized by resonance but for resonance the aromaticity of the compound is lost or distributed.

It is less stable than (II) even though (II) is stabilized by hyper conjugtion 

Therefore, option (3) is correct.
