All alkali metals form solid hydrogen carbonates except \mathrm{Li}. This is because \mathrm{Li}^{+}cation has highest hydration enthalpy. Thus, Li salts are heavily hydrated and have high hydration energy. So, they do not exist in solid state.

Also, Li and Mg have diagonal relationship due to their similar size and they have some similar properties. Thus, both Li and Mg does not form solid hydrogen carbonates.
