Option (d) is incorrect, which can be corrected as Krebs' cycle starts with the condensation of acetyl group with oxaloacetic acid and water to yield citric acid.

During conversion of succinic acid to fumaric acid FAD^{+} is reduced to FADH. During conversion of pyruvic acid to acetyl Co - A, isocitrate to oxalosuccinic acid and a ketoglutaric acid to succinyl Co-A\:\: \: NAD^{+} is reduced to NADH^{+}H^{+}.

Hence, the correct answer is option 4.
