It is given that total pressure (PT)is 10^5\ Pa and partial pressure of I atom = 40 % of PT
So, the partial pressure of I atom = \frac{40}{100}\times 10^5 = 4\times 10^4Pascal

The partial pressure of I_2 = 60% of PT

So, the partial pressure of I_2 = \frac{60}{100}\times 10^5=6\times 10^4Pascal

Now, for the reaction  I_{(g)}\rightleftharpoons 2I_{(g)}
K_p = \frac{(p_I)^2}{p_{I_2}} = \frac{(4\times 10^4)^2}{6\times 10^4}\ Pa
                           =2.67\times 10^4\ Pa
