The detailed solution for the above-written question is as follows

\left ( \frac{5}{8} \right )^{-7}\times \left (\frac{8}{5}\right)^{-4}

=\frac{5^{-7}}{8^{-7}}\times \frac{8^{-4}}{5^{-4}}................ using the form    \frac{a^{m}}{b^{m}}= (a/b)^{m}

=5^{-7+4}\times 8^{-4+7}............using   a^{m} \div a^{n} = a^{m-n}

= 5^{-3}\times 8^{+3}

\\= \frac{8^{3}}{5^{3}}\\\\=\frac{512}{125}
