(iii) {{3, 4}} \subset A

Here,

{ 3, 4 }\in { 1, 2, { 3, 4 }, 5 } 

and { 3, 4 } \in  {{3, 4}}

So, {{3, 4}} \subset A.

Hence,the statement is correct.
