At first we will solve each bracket individually,

                  \small 3l(l-4m+5n) = 3l^2 - 12lm + 15ln

and            \small 4l(10n-3m+2l) = 40ln - 12ml + 8l^2

Subtracting:

                   \small 40ln - 12ml + 8l^2 - (3l^2 - 12lm+15ln)

or                 \small = 40ln - 12ml + 8l^2 - 3l^2 + 12lm-15ln

or                 \small = 25ln + 5l^2
