Most of us like to eat street food as we find them tastier but the fact is tasty foods are not always nutritious, for example, burgers, pizzas, street noodles, chips, etc. are very tasty but not nutritious. As they contain refined flour (maida), spices, and a lot of unhealthy oil with high cholesterol. But on the other hand, boiled vegetables, pulses, spinach, etc. are not always tasty but are definitely good for health as they contain necessary nutrients like proteins, vitamins, minerals, etc. which help to make us grow stronger and healthier which means nutritious food may not always be tasty to eat but always good for health.
