Ans. The differences between vascular tissues of gymnosperms and angiosperms are the following:

  1. Vessels are absent in the xylem of gymnosperms which is not the same case for angiosperms.
  2.  Companion cells are not present in the phloem of gymnosperms but are present in the phloem of angiosperms.
