In every 2 min = 120 sec cyclist complete a distance = circumference of the circle

d=2\pi r=2\times\frac{22}{7}\times105=2\times22\times15=660m

660 m is covered in 120 sec. Therefore speed

s=\frac{d}{t}=\frac{660}{120}=5.5m/sec
