Summary - My lost dollar

The story My lost dollar is written by Stephen Butler Leacock.   The story is about two friends who lend and borrow money from each other. It is a humourous story where it describes the tension in the mind of the lender to take back the amount. The constant efforts made by the lender to to remind the borrower of the amount borrowed and the borrower not ready or not remembering taking the money. This creates funny situation on how to take back the amount when it is so less. The title of the story itself is interesting both when somebody takes one dollar and when one ask for a meagre amount of one dollar.
