Newton's laws of motion relate an object's motion to the forces acting on it.

 It was created by Sir Issac Newton.

Newton's three laws of motion may be stated as follows:

1. Newton's first laws of motion -Every object in a state of uniform motion will remain in that state of motion unless an external force acts on it.
2.  Newton's second laws of motion - Force equals mass times acceleration [$ f(t)=m\,a(t)$ ].
3. Newton's third laws of motion - For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
