A car starts from rest and accelerates at 5 m/s^{2} at t=4s a ball is dropped out of a window by a person sitting in the car .what  is the velocity and acceleration of the ball at t=6s?

u=0,a=5m/s^{2}[ along horizontal direction ]

att=4s,V_{x}=U_{x}+a_{x}t

                V_{x}=20m/s

Ball when released at t=4s from t=4s to t=6s

V_{y}=0;V_{y}=u_{y}+a_{y}t

               V_{y}=0+\left ( 10 \right )\left ( 2 \right )=20m/s

a=\sqrt{a_{x}^{2}+a_{y}^{2}}

    =\sqrt{0+\left ( 10 \right )^{2}}=10m/s^{2}

v=\sqrt{V_{x}^{2}+V_{y}^{2}}=\sqrt{\left ( 20 \right )^{2}+\left ( 20 \right )^{2}}

                         V=20\sqrt{2}m/s
