Case I :
               {\text { lift } \square \uparrow a=2 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s}^2}
                               \mathrm{N=m(g+a) }     ......(For upward accelerating)

                               \mathrm{N=60 \times 12}

                               \mathrm{N=720 }

Case II :

              \text { lift } \square \downarrow a=2 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s}^2

                               \mathrm{N=m(g-a) }   ......(For downward accelerating)

                               \mathrm{N=60 \times 8}

                               \mathrm{N=480}
