Ellipse equation is given by-
                                  \mathrm{4 x^2+y^2=5}
Differentiation both sides-
                                  \mathrm{8 x \frac{d x}{d t}+2 y \frac{d y}{d t}=0
but at point (1,4) then y-component velocity will become -
                                 \mathrm{8 \times 1 \times 2+2 \times 4 \frac{d y}{d t}=0 }

                                                                    \mathrm{8 \frac{d y}{d t}=-16 \\}

                                                                       \mathrm{\frac{d y}{d t}=-2 }  Ans.
